Connie Robinson has over 20 years of human resources experience. She managed Diversity Sourcing and Recruitment for Motorola’s $8 billion Semiconductor Products Sector. While there, she received the President’s Award, the highest recognition given to Motorola employees, for exceeding Motorola’s hiring goals – the first time in Motorola’s history this award was given to a non-technical leader. Prior to Motorola, Ms. Robinson managed and directed the Human Resources Division for the Arizona Supreme Court. She also managed human resources for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and the Dial Corporation.
Ms. Robinson is a management graduate from Arizona State University, a Valley Leadership Alum and Kellogg Non-Profit Leadership Development Program graduate. She serves on the boards of the FBI Citizens Academy, Arizona Foundation for Women and Kellogg/Women’s Funding Network. Connie was one of 15 women of color selected from around the world to participate in Kellogg’s one year Non-Profit Leadership Development Program in San Francisco. She is also a member of the Diversity Leadership Alliance.
