What are our commercial financing programs?
- 100% Joint Venture Equity Financing. This program provides 100% equity financing for large-scale development projects that require a joint venture partner;
- Large-Scale Debt Financing ($10 million and up). This traditional debt financing program provides loans for new development, refinancing and acquisition at competitive rates.
- Small Balance Financing (less than $10 million). This program is also a traditional debt-style funding model providing loans for projects that are less than $10 million in size.
What kind of opportunities are we looking for?
We are interested in all types of commercial real estate and alternative energy projects. In general, we have three main criteria:
1) The project can be either new construction, refinance or acquisition;
2) The market fundamentals for the project must be sound;
3) The development team must be experienced and fully engaged in the project.

Virtually all types of commercial real estate including: hotel resorts and casinos; alternative energy (solar, wind, geothermal, hydro, biomass, waste conversion, etc.); office, mixed-use, senior assisted living, multifamily/ apartment buildings, retail, industrial, medical/ dental; public-use facilities; infrastructure (highway, rail, bridges, roads, etc.); recreational facilities, storage facilities/ warehouses, etc.
