Investment Criteria

Industries: Throughout our twenty-year history we have made investments in, and sought investments for, firms in a wide variety of industries from software to energy to real estate, etc.  The one constant between them is what we characterize as--significant growth potential.  Simply put, if management executes its strategic plan, will the business experience double digit growth over the next 3-5 years?

Financing Amount: From our internal sources of funds, we tend to be interested in deals from $100,000 to $1 million.  Deals in excess of $1 million will usually require us to seek capital from our financing partners or other capital sources. However, we are comfortable pursuing funding opportunities up to $50 million and beyond.

Investment Process: Due to our lean management structure, we are able to streamline our investment review process.  Our initial review is usually conducted relatively quickly and, while we have completed some financings in as little as two weeks, our due diligence process can last 90 days or more.
