Career Match has three components that can be utilized individually or in a coordinated manner:

1.     Diversity Assessment--Before conducting a recruiting assignment, we recommend that our clients conduct a diversity sourcing and recruitment assessment.  The purpose of the assessment is to help identify areas of strength and weakness within the organization that may need to be addressed.

2.     Executive Search--We fill mid- and executive-level positions with diverse candidates pulled from our proprietary database, as well as targeted candidates recruited from within our client's industry.

3.     Diversity Window of Opportunity--Our Diversity Window of Opportunity is a proprietary group interview process that matches diverse, high-potential candidates with specific job openings, culminating in job offers being made and often accepted on-the-spot.
