How Our Diversity Window of Opportunity Works

The steps in a typical Diversity Window include:

  • Diversity Window Planning - We hold planning meetings with hiring managers and staffing representatives to develop targeted candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Sourcing - We obtain candidates from a wide variety of sources including our own internal database, key membership organizations and outside candidate sources.
  • Candidate Reference Verification - We perform verifications of applicants’ references, education and employment histories.
  • Candidate Resume Review - We hold meetings with hiring managers and staffing representatives to review pre-screened and pre-selected candidates for possible inclusion in the Diversity Window.
  • Candidate Resume Book - We assemble a compilation of pre-screened and pre-selected candidates who will be invited to participate in the Diversity Window.
  • Diversity Window Event Planning - We conduct meetings with company representatives specific to the two-day Diversity Window.
  • Diversity Window Event - We help coordinate and manage the two-day group interviewing process with pre-selected and pre-screened candidates.
  • Diversity Window Follow-up - We follow up with hiring managers and selected candidates through to candidate handoff.
