Our Corporate Recruiting Process

Our corporate recruiting process matches highly qualified candidates with company skill requirements within an accelerated timeframe.  Our process includes:

1. Competency Alignment—To ensure a focused and effective sourcing and recruiting effort, we begin with a complete and detailed description of the competencies required for all positions included in the search. Based on our experience, organizations that know which key competencies lead to job success have shorter, more effective searches.

2. Talent Identification—We utilize our extensive sourcing contacts to quickly identify a unique pool of talent with the critical skill requirements needed to fill executive-level positions.  We also use utilize our own internal database of candidates developed over a number of years.  We are particularly adept at identifying candidates with transferable skills who are able to meet the organization's critical skills requirements.

3. Talent Review—We present our clients with highly qualified candidates, drawn from a talent pool of traditional and non-traditional talent.  Our unique approach is to pre-screen and present candidates with the right combination of interpersonal skills, relevant expertise and leadership qualities to fit your climate and workplace culture.

4. Talent Selection—We help guide our client through the selection process by providing input and thorough analysis of each candidate’s unique talents and strengths.

5. Project Completion and Review—We assist our clients through the hiring process to candidate hand-off to insure a smooth integration and transition of the candidate into the organization.  Along the way we help address any concerns or issues that may have developed throughout the process.  We follow up with key members of the search team to understand their perceptions of the process, and to receive feedback on how it might be improved in the future.
