Size:

• Minimum - $10 million
• Maximum - $1 billion and up on a case-by-case basis

Location:

• United States
• International

Stage:

• Shovel-ready (i.e., ready to break ground in 90 days)

Terms:

• 100% equity financing
• Typically three to five year term
• Non-recourse financing
• No interest payments during term of investment
• Minority equity stake in lieu of interest
• Take out with permanent financing or sale

Time to Closing:

• 90 to 120 days

Sponsor:

• Project developer with significant track record & financial strength

Application Procedure:

• Submit completed Evaluation Form (*Required)
• Submit any additional supporting documentation: a) business plan, b) financial pro formas, c) management team bio, d) other (not required), i.e., feasibility study, appraisal, etc.
• Pay $500.00 online application fee
• Fund usually responds within 30 days
