• Minimum - $10 million
• Maximum - $1 billion and up

Stage:

• Shovel-ready (i.e., ready to break ground in 90 days)

Terms:

• 100% joint venture equity financing
• Typically three to five year term
• Non-recourse financing
• No interest payments during term of investment
• Minority equity stake in lieu of interest
• Take out with permanent financing or sale

Time to Closing:

• 120 - 180 days from when the LOI is signed and due diligence deposit received.

Sponsor:

• Project developer with significant track record & financial strength

• Submit completed Project Summary Form;
• Submit additional supporting documentation: a) business plan or executive summary, b) financial pro forma financial projections, and c) development team profile;
• Pay $500 online application fee using Pay Now button to the left;
• LOI issued with ten business days.
