
Our goal is to match our executive clients with the organizations that require their specific skillset, and that provide the type of challenging and rewarding environment our executives demand. We are particularly adept at bypassing gatekeepers to directly reach key decision makers within targeted organizations. We do this through a five-step process that maximizes our executive clients' exposure:
1. Project Engagement—We begin the project by thoroughly analyzing our candidate's skills, abilities, experiences, job requirements, etc., and developing a focused candidate profile and engagement schedule.
2. Resume Review—We insure that each client's resume and supporting materials clearly depict their talents and abilities, and are specifically tailored to the opportunity they are seeking.
3. Search Strategy Development—We meet with our clients to develop a preliminary list of organizations to whom they would like to have their resume sourced. We will continue to modify/extend this list throughout the search process.
4. Candidate Marketing—We market each candidate directly to hiring managers within the targeted organizations. Once the initial contact has been made, we provide all requested candidate information and attempt to set up an interview.
5. Candidate Coaching—We work with each client throughout the placement process to strenghten interviewing skills, review salary negotiation tactics and provide ongoing encouragement and suport. We continue to review and modify our recruitment strategies to maximize each candidate's placement potential.
